By confirming your reservation at the bed and breakfast “natuurlijk genieten” (hereafter ‘the B&B) the following terms and conditions are in force. These apply to all guests of the B&B (hereafter ‘the guests’).
The guests are obliged to have a permanent residence and should always register with the owners of the B&B (hereafter ‘the owners’) with a valid identification. A copy of the identification will not be made.
The check-in times for the B&B are between 2:00 PM and 3:30 PM. Check-out times are between 10:00 AM and 11:30 AM. Directly upon arrival the guests are requested to inform the owners about the time they wish to have their breakfast served the next day. At special request it is possible to deviate from the set breakfast times, but only if this is communicate to the owners beforehand. Booking an accommodation excluding breakfast is also a possibility. In the case of a reservation for two people it is not possible for only one of the guests to reserve breakfast.
This B&B is also suited for small children with a maximum capacity of four people in total. In case the guests ignore these terms and conditions and turn up with more than four people/children/babies in total, then the owners will be allowed to refuse the guests entrance to the B&B. In this case the guests are obliged to pay the full fee of their reservation to the owners on sight.
The pictures of the B&B on the website are made by a professional photographer. The rooms in the pictures can therefore appear bigger on the website than they actually are. The total surface of the bedroom, bathroom and living room is … squared meters.
Pets are not allowed in the B&B.
Guests must behave properly at the B&B and should at all times abide by the house rules that are displayed on the wall in the living room of the B&B. The owners are allowed to deny or refuse the guests entrance to the B&B in any case of inappropriate behaviour or violation of the terms and conditions. This will be without prior notification or statement of reasoning and without restitution of any fees.
Reservation and confirmation: A guest accomodation at the bed and breakfast can be reserved by the means of the reservation system at the website of the B&B itself: www.bb-natuurlijkgenieten.nl or at the website www.bedandbreakfast.nl. No reservation fees will be charged.
Payment: The total costs of the stay can be paid by the guests by the means of a transaction to the bank account number of the B&B prior to their arrival, or they can pay in cash upon their arrival at the B&B.
If for any reason the guests must cancel their reservation, then the following terms apply:
In the case of cancellation between 48 hours and 24 hours before check-in time the guests must pay 50% of the total costs of their reservation.
In the case of cancellation within 24 hours before check-in time the guests must pay 100% of the total costs of their reservation.
The indebted sum must be transferred to the bank account number of the B&B within 7 days after cancelling the reservation.
Cancellation: In the unfortunate case that the guests must cancel their reservation they are requested to inform the owners about this as soon as possible. This can be done by sending an email to reserveren@natuurlijkgenieten.nl
Legal liability: The owners are not liable for damage, loss or theft of the properties belonging to the guests. In the case of disputes the guests will be accounted for all of the legal costs.
The guests will be held accountable for all the risks concerning a stay at the B&B and the owners can’t be held responsible for any personal damage that results from a stay at the B&B.
Damages or loss of any immovable and movable objects in or around the B&B must immediately be communicated to the owners and are to be reimbursed by the guests.
In case the guests lose the key to the B&B all resulting costs must be reimbursed by the guests
